Telemundo's comprehensive coverage generated 106 million video views on social platforms, a 43% increase from the previous year. According to Talkwalker, the program was the most social on broadcast television, amassing 1.2 million total interactions across Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
Special honors were also a highlight of the evening. Pepe Aguilar received the Billboard Hall of Fame Award, J Balvin was honored with the Billboard Spirit of Hope Award, and Alejandro Sanz was recognized with the Billboard Artistic Career Award.
