Phillip Harvey Spector (born Harvey Phillip Spector, December 26, 1939) — known as Phil Spector — is an American record producer, songwriter, and the originator of the Wall of Sound production method. The Ronettes were an iconic girl group of the 1960s that made an everlasting impression through their distinctive vocal style, catchy melodies and sparkling dance numbers. During their run they released a number of famous tracks including Be My Baby,” Walking in the Rain”, and Baby I Love You”.
